Raising the Bar at NAMPO 2026: Event Wizards Delivers the Full UD Trucks Experience

At this year’s NAMPO 2026, Event Wizards had the opportunity to deliver the complete UD Trucks exhibition experience through a fully integrated, end-to-end approach. Over an intensive three-day setup and four-day live event period, our team managed every aspect of the project, including event and stand management, stand design, audio visual and technology solutions, catering, furniture and décor. 

The stand design brought UD Trucks’ theme, Raising the Bar, to life through an immersive environment that celebrated the farmer and the journey of progress within agriculture. Natural elements such as dried plants and locally sourced maize rooted the space in an authentic farming context, while striking rectangular mirrored bars became a standout visual feature throughout the stand. Symbolising growth and progression, the mirrored structures reflected the farmers themselves, reinforcing the message that they are the ones raising the bar by partnering with UD Trucks on their journey. The contrast between raw natural textures and sleek reflective finishes represented the evolution from traditional farming methods toward modern efficiency and progress.

Beyond creating a visually impactful environment, Event Wizards focused on delivering meaningful interaction and engagement. Our team remained on site throughout both setup and the live event, ensuring a high standard of execution while actively coordinating interactions between visitors and the UD Trucks team. By streamlining customer engagement and managing the flow of the stand experience, we created a smoother journey from initial interest through to valuable conversations.
